What and when you consume liquids will play a huge role in your state of mind and body. Our physical bodies never lie. If we are deficient in the right macro (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and micro-nutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, bacteria etc.) or dehydrated and / or full of toxins then we become sick.
