    This qualification is aimed at staff, volunteers, users and carers who do not hold a professionally affiliated qualification in mental health but are involved in the delivery of mental health services.

This qualification is for anyone working in the health or social care sector and supporting individuals with their physical or emotional care. It's especially relevant if you work as a home care assistant, community support assistant, healthcare assistant or residential or day service assistant.
